Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all Early Years classes.
- Collaborate with EYFS teachers to develop engaging weekly classroom activities and social media-worthy learning content that showcases meaningful, play-based learning across all subject areas.
- Supervise lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment practices to ensure consistency with the EYFS framework and the school's educational standards.
- Mentor and support EYFS teachers through coaching, classroom observations, and professional development to enhance instructional quality.
- Monitor children's progress, ensure accurate documentation and assessments, and foster strong partnerships with parents while maintaining compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
