Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Learning Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Ikosi, Ketu. The successful candidate will nurture and guide preschool children (ages 3‑5) through a play‑based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that prepares them for a smooth transition to primary education.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that promote language, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress using recognised early‑years frameworks.
- Collaborate with parents and support staff to share insights and plan individualised learning goals.
- Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching preschool or nursery classes.
- TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification or equivalent teaching license.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in play‑based learning.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, nurturing disposition.
- Experience with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a similar international early‑learning curriculum. (Preferred)
- Additional training in phonics, Montessori (Preferred)
