Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dutch Teacher at our academy in Abuja. The Dutch Teacher will design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans, assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. They will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, support students in developing conversational fluency, and incorporate cultural context into lessons to enhance understanding. The role also entails collaborating with the academic team to maintain curriculum standards and providing feedback to students to support their personal and linguistic growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Education, with the ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans.
• Proficiency in Coaching and guiding students to achieve their language learning goals.
• Strong skills in Cooperation and collaboration to work effectively with students and colleagues.
• Passion for Personal Development and fostering confidence and cultural awareness in learners.
• Fluency in Dutch, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in language teaching, preferably in Dutch, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
