Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Drone Pilot (UAV Operator) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drones for aerial mapping, surveillance, inspections, and other geospatial tasks while ensuring strict compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UAVs for mapping, inspection, and surveillance projects
• Plan and execute safe and efficient flight missions
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Ensure proper maintenance and handling of drone equipment
• Comply with airspace regulations and safety procedures
• Perform risk assessments before all flight operations
• Process and manage aerial data where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, MSc, or equivalent) in Geography, GIS, Surveying, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, or related field
• Valid UAV/UAS pilot certification from a recognized authority
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in UAV operations
• Strong knowledge of flight planning, airspace regulations, and risk management
• Experience in aerial mapping, surveillance, or inspection
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment
