Job summary
The driver is responsible for safely and professionally transporting company executives, staff, and clients within Kampala. Working for a growing real estate firm, this role focuses on absolute punctuality, excellent road navigation, maintaining the company vehicle, and running official errands while presenting a polite and professional image.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport company staff, executives, and clients to various locations and real estate sites around Kampala.
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs by planning routes ahead of time to avoid heavy traffic.
- Keep the company vehicle exceptionally clean, washed, and presentable inside and out every day.
- Monitor fuel levels, oil, water, and tyre pressure daily, and keep accurate vehicle maintenance records.
- Report any mechanical faults, unusual sounds, or upcoming service needs to the supervisor immediately.
- Obey all traffic rules, speed limits, and regulations at all times.
- Run official company errands, such as delivering documents or purchasing office supplies, when required.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (entry-level corporate drivers welcome).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent, practical knowledge of major routes, shortcuts, and traffic patterns in the capital city.
- Ability to smoothly drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Good spoken and written English with polite, respectful communication skills.

- 100% compliance with local traffic laws (zero fines, LASTMA delays, or traffic violations)
- Consistently punctual arrival for all executive, staff, and client pick-ups.
- The company vehicle is always clean, well-fueled, and in top mechanical condition.
- Maintained a highly professional, trustworthy, and respectful attitude with all passengers.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility if official errands or executive transport runs late).
- Office, road-based, and real estate site visit environments.
- Ability to sit and drive for long periods through Lagos traffic.
