Responsibilities:
- Accept and respond promptly to guest ride requests through the company platform.
- Pick up and drop off guests safely and on time.
- Provide professional, courteous, and friendly service to all guests.
- Follow assigned routes or use navigation applications to locate destinations efficiently.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs.
- Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
- Handle guests' belongings with care and report any lost items.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and other required transportation activities.
- Ensure guests have a comfortable and satisfactory transportation experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an SSCE
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
