The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing reliable and safe driving services to the staff, guests, and partners of the organisation. The role includes ensuring proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle, adherence to traffic and organisational safety rules, and supporting administrative and logistical tasks as required.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive organization's pool vehicle to accomplish official duties.
- Ensure that the pool vehicle or any other vehicle in your care is used for only authorized tasks and is in good working condition.
- Must observe all HSE driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of document and vehicle.
- Must ensure that the assigned vehicle particulars are updated and valid.
- Must ensure that the vehicle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
- Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of the vehicle and must properly lock the vehicle when there is a need to leave it unattended while on errands.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes on all trips.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate; additional technical or vocational training is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (minimum Class E).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a driver with a reputable organization, preferably an NGO or corporate body
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and inter-state routes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance.
- Fluency in English.
