Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to train and prepare domestic staff such as nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers. The ideal candidate will deliver practical, engaging training programs that equip trainees with the skills, professionalism, and standards required for employment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training curricula for domestic staff (nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, etc.).
- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create training materials, guides, and evaluation tools.
- Instill professionalism, work ethics, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to trainees where necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices in childcare, housekeeping, and domestic service standards.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on trainee progress.
Requirements:
- Strong training and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Effective classroom management ability.
- Practical demonstration and coaching skills.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching or training certification.
- Background in Early Childhood Education, Home Economics, or related field.
- Experience in vocational, skills acquisition, or hands-on training environments.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
