We are seeking a responsible, caring, and experienced Live-In Dog Carer to care for four dogs in a private home in Abuja. The ideal candidate should genuinely love dogs, be physically active, patient, trustworthy, and experienced in providing daily care, exercise, feeding, grooming, and general well-being for dogs.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, attention, and companionship to 4 dogs.
- Feed the dogs according to their schedules and dietary requirements.
- Take the dogs for daily walks, exercise, and playtime.
- Provide basic grooming and maintain good hygiene.
- Keep the dogs’ environment clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Monitor the dogs’ health, behaviour, and overall well-being.
- Administer basic medication when required and as instructed.
- Follow established routines and instructions provided by the household.
- Report any unusual changes in the dogs’ health or behaviour.
- Maintain a calm, safe, and caring environment for the dogs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience caring for dogs.
- Strong knowledge of basic dog care and handling.
- Genuine love and understanding of dogs.
- Feeding and routine-management skills.
- Basic grooming and hygiene skills.
- Ability to handle multiple dogs responsibly.
- Ability to monitor changes in behaviour and health.
- Physically fit and able to walk and exercise dogs.
- Ability to follow instructions and established routines.
- Basic ability to administer medication when instructed.
- Good communication and observation skills.
