Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, food orders, guest requests, and other company items promptly and safely.
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where necessary.
Assist in transporting supplies, inventory, and operational materials between company locations.
Handle company correspondence and official documents with confidentiality and care.
Plan efficient delivery routes to minimise travel time and fuel costs.
Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding delivery status and any delays.
Ensure the assigned motorcycle or delivery vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Conduct routine checks on tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, fuel levels, and other essential components.
Report accidents, vehicle faults, traffic violations, or maintenance issues promptly.
Comply with all road traffic laws and company safety policies.
Provide courteous and professional customer service during all deliveries and collections.
Assist other departments with logistics and operational support when required.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, and fuel usage.
Safeguard company property and ensure all items are delivered in good condition.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
