Seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing (Abuja) to grow our Nigeria footprint and drive global expansion. You’ll lead sales strategy, digital campaigns, and key stakeholder relationships—combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to close deals, manage key accounts, and accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated sales and digital marketing strategy to strengthen our marketpresence in Nigeria and support global expansion.
- Develop and execute campaigns, grow key accounts, and drive new business across priority sectors. Build and manage robust sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance through CRM dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Lead digital initiatives, including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver client-ready solutions.
Requirements:
- Requires 10–12 years of experience, proven revenue growth, strong Nigerian networks, CRM expertise
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
