Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Representative (Investment) based in Port Harcourt. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting customer needs analyses, and providing expert guidance on financial products and services. The candidate will also be expected to represent the company during client meetings, training sessions, and promotional events, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for building relationships and collaborating effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs and provide excellent support
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Experience delivering Training sessions or educational presentations on services or products
- Team player with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in investment sales is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
