Job summary

The direct sales executive will be responsible for driving business growth within an assigned territory through prospecting, direct marketing, client engagement, and achieving set sales targets. The successful candidate will represent the company, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to expanding our market presence across Abuja.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales activities within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct cold calls and generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present company products/services to potential customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and market feedback.
  • Ensure effective coverage of key business areas within Abuja, including Wuse, Garki, Maitama, Gwarinpa, Kubwa, and other assigned locations.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Confidence and willingness to engage with clients directly.
  • Field sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
