FMR Agency is recruiting a results-driven Field Sales Officer to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the digital payments sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business clients (SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, etc.) within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collections and payout services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to prospects.
- Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and activation processes.
- Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer retention and consistent product usage.
- Report market insights and competitor activities to sales leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of direct sales experience (FinTech, banking, telecoms, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos business landscape.
- Basic digital literacy (smartphone usage, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly + Commission
Work Mode: Hybrid (Field-Based – 1 day in office weekly)
