Responsibilities and Duties
Monitor and manage all the Social Media accounts of the organisation – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Website etc.
Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the organisation’s Website.
Coordinate Social Media performance reports.
Manage day-to-day administration tasks activities on the organisation’s Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other Social Media sites.
Integrate multimedia, database or other applications into organisation’s Social Media platforms.
Identify or address interoperability requirements for all digital platforms.
Track, compile, and analyse Social Media platforms visitors’ data.
Keep up to date with any Social Media trends.
Carry out other related duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of a degree in Marketing, Journalism , New Media, Computer Science or any related field. Candidate must also have expert knowledge of Social Networking Channels.
In addition, candidate must have the following attributes:
A person having high standards of Christian conduct.
Thorough understanding of web technology and the Internet
Hands-on experience of website-related hardware and software (firewalls, intranets, domain name services, servers, etc.)
Familiarity with web services and internet protocols, such as TCP/IP, LDAP, FTP, HTTP and HTTPS
Understanding of how content works on a social web.
Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, has creative skills
Must have ability to work well with others, and be a team player
Must possess excellent written communication skills( including editing & proof reading)
Must have good verbal communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to perform under minimal supervision
Minimum of two years post qualification experience is required.
