Digital Marketer
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Google, and Meta platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop audience targeting strategies and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking across advertising platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Proven experience running and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
- Experience with TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
