Job Summary

Codelab Projects is seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abuja. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, content creation, SEO, and website management, with the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels

• Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive conversions

• Implement and optimize retargeting campaigns to improve customer acquisition

• Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring performance and SEO optimization

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

• Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for campaigns and web use

• Design or oversee the creation of basic graphics for marketing use (social media, ads, banners)

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals

• Collaborate with design and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of PPC, retargeting, and paid advertising platforms

• Experience with SEO tools and best practices

• Proficiency in WordPress website management

• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Leadership and team management experience

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
