We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands that results matter more than activity. This role is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and conversions across all Raphael Group brands through strategic content, performance marketing, and hands-on campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across all Raphael Group brands, aligned with business goals and active projects.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) tailored to each platform and audience.
- Drive location-based promotion of active projects, creating targeted campaigns that highlight specific sites, events, and operational areas to generate relevant engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, design, and project teams to ensure campaigns reflect real-time activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate on-ground project activities into compelling digital storytelling and campaign content.
- Attend occasional on-site engagements within Lagos Mainland to capture real-time content and support live campaign execution.
- Manage content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in messaging, timing, and campaign alignment.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to refine content and campaign strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, with clear actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data insights, testing, and audience segmentation.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns, including location-based targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure efficient use of advertising budgets while maximizing performance and return on investment.
- Ensure all content and campaigns comply with copyright, privacy, and platform policies while managing multiple brands without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing multiple brands or working across diverse industries.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign execution, and measurable growth.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and SEM (preferred).
- Proficiency across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Strong design sense with working knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently.
- Self-starter with the ability to execute campaigns independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing trends and business needs.
- Must be based in Lagos and available for occasional on-site work within Lagos Mainland.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps for efficient remote work.
- Backup internet and power supply (Required)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
