Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM
• Design, build and maintain social media presence on all social media platforms.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative strategies.
• Plan, Execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Generate leads and convert leads to actual customers.
• Keep track of industry events that company can take advantage of and notify management to act on it.
• Drive company’s sales strategy using digital marketing.
• Generate and post daily relevant contents (written, graphic or video contents) on all social media platforms.
• Drive company’s sales revenue via digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading & managing SEO/SEM.
• Graphics design experience is essential (corel draw, canvas etc)
• Photo and video editing experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient with developing content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Hootsuite, airtable and web analytics tool.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
