Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue growth across digital sales channels.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers and digital commerce partners.
- Lead expansion into online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify new digital sales opportunities and commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, customer behaviour, and sales analytics to improve business outcomes.
- Develop strategies to increase online customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Track marketplace performance and recommend initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and business development updates.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, business development, or digital sales.
- Proven experience growing online sales within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, ASOS, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, and online commercial growth.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is an advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly (Basic) + Benefits + Quarterly Bonuses
