Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and technically inclined Digital Marketer to drive the institute’s online visibility, engage our audience across digital platforms, and manage key aspects of our website and content strategy.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, online platforms).
  • Promote programs, coaching sessions, communities, and published works.
  • Create and manage newsletters, automated email sequences, and funnels.
  • Generate engaging and creative content ideas aligned with our brand purpose.
  • Design social media graphics, carousels, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Develop scripts, short video concepts, and storytelling content.
  • Host and anchor live sessions on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Engage the audience confidently and deliver value-driven conversations.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of virtual events.
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure it is visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
  • Propose creative concepts for website structure, layout, and user experience.
  • Implement updates on WordPress/Wix or collaborate with developers where needed.
  • Ensure website content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand identity.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketer or content creator
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly creative, with strong visual and conceptual content skills.
  • Technically inclined, especially with website management tools/CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—especially for live hosting and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Canva or other design tools.
  • Good understanding of analytics, email marketing tools, and digital trends.
