Job summary
The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. The role manages digital channels, SEO, website performance, marketing automation, campaigns, and reporting to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Strategic
Foundation & Planning:
- Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy
Development and GTM Strategy. Creating and executing marketing strategies for
events the company has
- Market Analysis: In-depth analysis of
competitors, target audience, and industry trends. Help uncover 2 new target
audiences per month (TA could apply to specific Company products or Company
services).
- Channel Strategy: Identifying and prioritizing
the most effective digital channels for specific campaigns (SEO, social media,
email, paid advertising, etc.). Per project, help to identify 3 top channels to
use and set them up for lead generation.
- Content Strategy: Planning content themes,
formats, and distribution to attract and engage the target audience. Also
create a landing page per product or service, especially around ongoing
campaigns.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Visualizing the customer's interaction with the brand to optimize touchpoints. Help map out 1 customer journey (per product) per month and create the resources needed (landing page, email automation) to optimise the customer journey.
Keyword Research & SEO Strategy:
- Comprehensive Keyword Research: Identifying
relevant keywords across all customer journey stages. Discover 2 short-tail
keywords and 1 long-tail keyword to optimize for monthly.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimizing website
content, meta tags, and structure for target keywords. On a monthly basis,
optimize about 5 company pages focusing first on page importance and the
services in high demand.
- Technical SEO Audit & Implementation:
Addressing website speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, and schema markup.
Setup and monitor website analytics weekly to ensure compliance with new Google
algorithm updates.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Developing a
strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Secure
one quality link per month and five off-page SEO for DA
- Local SEO Optimization: where applicable, optimizing for local search queries and Google My Business. Optimize with geolocation on a monthly basis 5 images to be used on the GMB page.3.
Website Management & Optimization:
- Continuous Website Management & Optimization:
- Content Updates & Maintenance: Regularly updating website content, images, and plugins.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking website speed, uptime, and user experience.
- Security Updates & Maintenance: Ensuring website security and protecting against vulnerabilities.
- User Experience (UX) Analysis & Improvement: Conducting user testing and analyzing website analytics to enhance user experience.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implementing A/B testing and other CRO techniques to increase website conversions.
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation:
- Monthly Awareness & Lead Generation Campaigns:
- Campaign Planning & Development: Defining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets (landing page creation, automation etc).
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Utilizing a mix of channels (social media, email, paid advertising, content marketing) to reach the target audience.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing: test different copy, creatives and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation:
- Lead Segmentation: Segmenting leads based on demographics, behavior, and interests.
- Automated Email Marketing: Developing automated email sequences to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Content Personalization: Delivering personalized content based on lead behavior and interests.
- CRM Integration: Integrating marketing automation with CRM to track lead activity and sales progress.
Cold Emailing & Outbound Lead Generation:
- Refining Cold emailing of prospective clients
- Targeted Prospect List Building: Identifying and building lists of qualified prospects.
- Personalized Email Outreach: Crafting compelling and personalized email messages.
- Email Deliverability Optimization: Ensuring emails reach the inbox and avoid spam filters.
- A/B Testing Email Campaigns: Testing different email subject lines, content, and calls to action.
- Tracking and reporting on email campaign performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monthly Performance Reports & Analysis:
- Comprehensive Performance Reporting: Providing detailed reports on key metrics across all digital channels.
- Actionable Recommendations: Providing clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Regular Strategy Review: Monthly meetings to review performance, discuss insights, and adjust the strategy as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years experience
- A minimum of Bsc. in any related field
