Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid) – Lagos
Location: Amuwo Odofin / Festac, Lagos
Work Type: Full‑time | Permanent | Hybrid
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
Commission: ₦200,000 per conversion
Internet Allowance: ₦10,000 monthly
About the Role
We are seeking a high‑performing Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative, data‑driven marketer who can confidently represent the brand, drive conversions, and manage digital channels with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish digital content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Grow and manage social media channels with engaging, relevant, and consistent content.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing ideas and brand‑aligned campaigns.
- Represent the brand confidently in video content and client‑facing communication.
- Write and manage blog content to support SEO and brand visibility.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for engagement and lead nurturing.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and meet deadlines.
- Creative, vibrant personality with strong presentation and on‑camera confidence.
- Must have personal work tools (PC, smartphone, etc.).
- Must be willing to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
Location Requirement
Applicants must reside within close proximity to Festac / Amuwo Odofin, Lagos for easy commute on hybrid workdays.
Compensation & Growth
- Guaranteed Salary: ₦200,000 monthly
- Commission: ₦200,000 per successful conversion
- Internet Allowance: ₦10,000
