Job summary
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, online campaigns, and performance tracking, while learning practical digital marketing skills.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Support content creation, including captions, graphics, short videos, and promotional posts.
- Help schedule and publish social media posts using approved tools.
- Assist in monitoring social media engagement, comments, messages, and trends.
- Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, promotions, and email marketing).
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in tracking and reporting digital marketing performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Support website updates and basic SEO-related tasks where required.
- Carry out any other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a course in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
