About the Role
The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the planning, development, and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and high conversion lead generation. This role requires a creative, self motivated storyteller who can bridge the gap between creative content and performance analytics to position GCS as a premier education consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage the organization's digital marketing strategy to drive high quality student leads, web traffic, and brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain a vibrant, professional brand presence across all core platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok).
- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct regular keyword research, monitor organic SEO performance, and optimize website content to increase search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Write and publish compelling, authoritative blog content, articles, and success stories that engage prospecting students and parents.
- Email & Database Marketing: Manage client databases to run end-to-end lead nurturing campaigns, newsletters, and automated bulk messaging systems.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and present weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI, website traffic, and audience engagement metrics.
- Budget Management: Develop and track digital marketing budgets to maximize cost-per-lead efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of verifiable experience in digital marketing (experience within the international education or travel consultancy sector is an added advantage).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Core Skills: Exceptional copywriting, public communication, and digital storytelling capabilities with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics.
What We Offer
Net Salary (₦250,000-400,000).
