Digital Marketing & Community Manager Content Creator

About the Role

We're seeking a talented, creative, and highly organized all-rounder to join our company. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Abuja, Nigeria, where you will take ownership of our entire digital presence. From running paid advertising campaigns to building a vibrant online community and creating compelling content, you will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing
• Set up and manage our Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and ad accounts.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Track and report on performance with clear, actionable insights.
• Support e-commerce and local service-based marketing strategies.
• Community Management
• Manage and grow our WhatsApp community.
• Engage actively with our online audience across all platforms, responding to comments, direct messages, and enquiries.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support the day-to-day running of the brand's online community.
• Content Creation
• Create high-quality photo, video, and written content specifically tailored for a med spa audience.
• Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok-style).
• Ensure all content is consistently on-brand, polished, and engaging.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Abuja, Nigeria (this is a mandatory requirement).
• Demonstrable experience in social media growth, evidenced by 10,000+ followers on any social platform.
• Proven experience managing Meta Business Suite and successfully running paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, engage, and create impactful content.
• Experience with service-based or wellness businesses is a significant advantage.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
