We are looking to hire a Digital Marketer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute content calendars for key social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, encompassing feed posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and advanced retargeting campaigns to optimize ad spend and performance.
- Build and automate effective email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product education) using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Implement and continuously optimize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive web traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and technologies, evaluating their potential for integration into current strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform digital strategy adjustments.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
- 2–3 years experience in marketing, branding, or content creation, ideally in the tech industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to deadlines and with precision.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Strategic marketing mindset with hands-on execution experience.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution.
- Proven track record in driving digital growth and ROI.
Renumeration: NGN 250,000
Location: Yaba, Lagos.
Work Hours: 9 am - 5 am; Monday - Friday
