Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each startup’s audience and stage.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
- Manage and grow online communities (Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord), ensuring consistent engagement.
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion using analytics and insights.
- Run paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) when needed, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Coordinate closely with product, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
- Create social media calendars, engagement plans, and campaign briefs.
- Monitor channel performance and generate weekly or monthly reports with recommendations.
- Support product launches through organic social, influencer outreach, landing page optimization, and email marketing.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy for brands or early-stage products.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, digital marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, branding, and analytics.
- Skilled in content creation (copy, visuals, short-form videos) and storytelling for different platforms.
- Experience managing multi-platform social accounts and building online communities.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Notion).
- Working knowledge of paid ads, targeting, funnel creation, and performance metrics (optional but a strong plus).
- Ability to interpret analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and use data to guide decisions.
- Demonstrates creativity, consistency, time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams.
