Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s HR and consulting services.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Optimize digital channels to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries professionally.


Content Creation & Branding:

  • Create compelling marketing content, including graphics, captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Support brand awareness and online reputation management initiatives.


Email & Performance Marketing:

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.


Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and online engagement.
  • Support the business development team in nurturing and converting prospects.
  • Improve customer acquisition strategies through data-driven insights.


Website & SEO Management:

  • Assist in managing and updating the company website.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior to improve performance.


Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR consultants and internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Support promotional events, webinars, and online campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online brand promotion.
  • Experience in marketing HR services, consulting services, or tech-related services is an added advantage.
