- Manage all digital touchpoints (Instagram, Google, TripAdvisor); maintain a professional brand voice while responding to inquiries and reviews.
- Implement organic and paid strategies (Meta Ads) to expand brand reach and target local demographics.
- Conceptualize and promote weekly events (e.g., Happy Hours, Live Music) to drive traffic during off-peak hours.
- Present weekly reports on reach, engagement, and the correlation between digital campaigns and reservation spikes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 15% increase in organic engagement across core platforms.
- Number of verified reservations or orders traced back to digital marketing efforts.
- 100% adherence to the brand’s visual and verbal identity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot).
