Digital Growth & Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Design and execute the overarching digital growth strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant channels to attract startup founders, executives, and business leads.
• Email Marketing: Build and manage the email marketing architecture, from lead-capture sequences and weekly newsletters to targeted promotional campaigns.
• Content Creation: Transform complex operational topics like payroll compliance, performance management systems, and organizational design into highly digestible, engaging visual and written assets.
• Content Operations: Utilize Google Workspace to maintain a strict, transparent content calendar, ensuring all assets are reviewed, hyperlinked, and deployed without friction or delays.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on audience growth, email engagement, and conversion metrics weekly, adjusting the strategy based strictly on data.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

You will be measured against the following metrics:

• Audience Growth: Month-over-month follower growth and engagement rate increases on core platforms, specifically prioritizing LinkedIn.
• Email Engagement: Sustained open rates above 35% and measurable week-over-week click-through rate (CTR) growth on all email dispatches.
• Lead Generation: Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) or direct inbound inquiries generated monthly via social content and email funnels.
• Operational Excellence: Zero missed deployment deadlines for newsletters, zero broken links in automated sequences, and maintaining a two-week buffer of approved content in the pipeline.

Remuneration: NGN 125,000 Monthly Net
