Digital Content Producer & Editor

Responsibilities:

• Post-production
• Editing interviews and live sessions into YouTube-ready videos
• Creating short-form social content
• Supporting live broadcasts
• Contributing ideas in strategy sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional or high-level freelance experience in video editing using industry-standard tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Descript).
• Strong knowledge of the YouTube platform (uploading, metadata, and analytics basics) and best practices for optimizing long videos and mid-roll placement.
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form content (30–90 seconds) with accurate captions for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in design using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Technical capability to provide effective live broadcast support (scene switching, basic moderation, troubleshooting) with reliable internet and equipment.
• Demonstrated creative mindset, willingness to experiment, and excellent organizational skills for exporting and managing assets with proper naming conventions.
• Must have a good working laptop and access to great internet and speed
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience editing interview or podcast-style content, proficiency in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), and a deep understanding of platform-specific content trends
