Digital Commerce & Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the brand’s social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.
• Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches, and conversion optimization.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Set up and manage relevant online marketplace accounts.
• Monitor website traffic, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute digital launch campaigns and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with creatives, photographers, videographers, and designers to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
• Prepare regular digital performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience growing consumer-facing or e-commerce brands.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
• Experience with marketplace management, CRM/email marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of online sales, customer acquisition, and digital analytics.
• Strong commercial, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous e-commerce or digital growth campaigns.
