- Proven teaching or coaching experience in spoken English or diction.

- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to work with different age groups.
- Teaching certification or TRCN registration (where applicable) is an advantage
