Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications across development, staging, and production environments.
- Manage and maintain Linux-based servers and ensure system security, stability, and performance.
- Build, configure, and optimize Docker containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) — provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and secure code deployments.
- Maintain backups, system recovery processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, configurations, and system architecture.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and system improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, cyber security, networking, cloud computing
- Basic knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
