Team & Dev Lead – Infrastructure / Platform

Hybrid | Munich or Düsseldorf (80% Remote)

Digisourced Ltd is supporting a client on a long-term project and is looking for an experienced Team & Development Lead with strong communication skills, hands-on technical depth, and architectural / solution design capability.

This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and direct customer coordination within an enterprise infrastructure environment.

• Working model: 80% remote / 20% onsite
• Onsite locations: Munich or Düsseldorf
• Working languages: German & English (both mandatory)

Role Overview

You will act as Team Lead and Dev Lead, taking responsibility for technical leadership and contributing to the solution design of an ITIL-compliant target platform. The role involves close coordination with the customer and leadership of technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical and team leadership within an infrastructure-focused development environment
• Design of solution architecture for an ITIL-compliant target platform
• Direct coordination and communication with the customer
• Oversight of development and infrastructure topics
• Contribution to platform evolution and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as Team Lead / Dev Lead in enterprise IT environments
• Strong solution design and architectural capability
• Solid experience with Microsoft Server environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including stored procedures
• Experience writing and maintaining Perl scripts
• Good infrastructure know-how
• Experience with virtualisation (e.g. VMware)
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) (strong advantage)
• Very good German and English skills, with proven customer-facing experience

Nice to Have

• Experience within telecoms
• Broader telecommunications industry experience
