Responsibilities:
Training Coordinator:
- Oversee the master training calendar for the dedicated facility, ensuring efficient scheduling for various B2B client and academic cohorts.
- Manage the physical setup of the training center, ensuring all clinical equipment and audio-visual tools are operational for practical sessions.
- Host on-site training days, facilitating a professional learning environment and coordinating the daily agenda for external trainees.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, certifications, and feedback for all sessions held at the training facility to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
- Manage and moderate dedicated WhatsApp groups for different training tracks to facilitate direct material distribution and maintain professional engagement with trainees.
Sale & Strategy Research and Development:
- Design and maintain comprehensive training manuals and curricula tailored to the technical needs of dentists, DSAs, and lab technicians across various client and academic environments.
- Develop specialized soft-skill modules for front desk staff focused on enhancing patient experience and administrative accuracy for client-facing practices.
- Conduct regular performance audits to identify skill gaps across client and institutional teams and create targeted educational content to address those needs.
- Establish standardized assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of external training sessions and the progress of institutional personnel.
Market & Product Research:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international dental technology partners, coordinating schedules for technical demonstrations and global training sessions.
- Synchronize international partner requirements with local facility capabilities to ensure seamless technical showcases for client organizations and higher education partners.
- Serve as the bridge between global tech innovators and clinical teams to ensure new technologies are integrated effectively into professional and academic workflows.
- Coordinate with external marketing partners to provide clinical insights and content for social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives related to training programs.
Relationship Management:
- Manage the training of higher education personnel and coordinate joint ventures to facilitate the training of external dental professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with higher education institutions to establish long-term collaborative training frameworks.
- Act as the professional liaison between Dental Solutions and its B2B client portfolio, ensuring training programs meet their specific organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with all stakeholders, from local clinic managers to international technology vendors.
