Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Medical Director
- Provide chairside support during a wide range of dental procedures,
- Ensuring the efficient preparation of instruments, strict adherence to sterilization and infection prevention protocols, proper patient positioning, and high-quality post-procedure care.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped clinical environment to support exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or a related healthcare discipline
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or hospital.
- A strong understanding of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, infection prevention and control standards, and chairside assistance is essential.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a professional healthcare setting
