Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase, stock, transfer, usage, and sales-related data accurately into approved systems and reports.
- Update cost sheets, recipe costing templates, stock cards, and consumption records.
- Track variances between physical stock, theoretical usage, and reported figures.
- Support daily and weekly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare concise cost control reports highlighting wastage, unusual usage, and potential leakages.
- Maintain orderly filing of invoices, GRNs, internal issue notes, and supporting records.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Omega software
- Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Experience in inventory control, cost control, accounting support, or store administration preferred.
- Strong computer and IT knowledge is an added advantage
- Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential operational and financial data responsibly.
- Hospitality or food business exposure is an advantage.
