Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on systems and networks
- Identify, analyze, and report security threats and weaknesses
- Perform ethical hacking techniques to simulate real-world cyberattacks
- Monitor systems for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents
- Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus systems
- Develop security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide security awareness training to staff
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or penetration testing
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
- Familiarity with tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, Burp Suite
- Understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices
