Are you passionate about cybersecurity and driven to shape the next generation of tech talent?

ITskillsCenter, a fast-growing tech training institute, is seeking an experienced and engaging Cybersecurity Instructor to join our dynamic team on a 5-month contract. You’ll be responsible for delivering hands-on cybersecurity training, mentoring students, and preparing them for successful careers in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver structured and practical classes covering core cybersecurity topics:
• Network Security, Ethical Hacking, Risk Assessment, Security Tools (e.g., Wireshark, Metasploit), and more.
• Create lesson plans, hands-on labs, and real-world projects.
• Support students through coaching, project feedback, and one-on-one sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve curriculum delivery.
• Stay current with the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Previous experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical content (formal or informal).
• Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, practices, and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
• Ability to commit to a 5-month structured program.
