We are looking for a skilled Customer Support & Sales Specialist with excellent English communication skills and outstanding phone etiquette. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US-based customers in a remote or BPO environment. Prior exposure to auto repair or automotive services will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Deliver accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive service experience
• Utilize strong sales and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into successful sales
• Identify upselling opportunities and consistently meet performance targets
• Maintain detailed CRM records, follow-ups, and customer updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in customer support or sales
• Proven experience handling US-based customers in a remote or BPO setting
• Exceptional English communication skills with excellent phone presence
• Strong sales mindset with demonstrated conversion and closing abilities
• Knowledge of auto repair or automotive services is a major plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
