You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure our customers feel supported at every stage.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media (DM).
- Assist customers with the application process for mobile phone installments, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues related to payments, account access, or delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments (friendly reminders) and provide guidance on how to settle their accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team (e.g., sales, technical support, management).
- Provide feedback to the team on common customer questions or concerns to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
