Job Description/Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, log all interactions and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical teams when necessary
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.
- Collaborate with the Technical team and the marketing team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to services.
- Expectation: Friendly and solution-oriented individuals who go the extra mile for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
