Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and partners. The ideal corps member should have at least one year of customer service or client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Support student onboarding, registration, and learning platform navigation.
- Escalate unresolved complaints or technical issues to relevant departments.
- Assist in preparing FAQs, help guides, and support documentation.
- Monitor and report recurring issues or feedback trends to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
- Good communication skills
