Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products/services
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Friendly and courteous demeanour
