We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for assisting customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about a company’s products or services. Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of OND
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Patience and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience may be preferred
