  • Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, and service requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high service standards consistent with the hospitality industry.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the event planning or hospitality industry.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be Excel proficient.
