Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a homecare company that provides 24-hour care services to clients. You will act as the first point of contact for carers and clients during after-hours (evenings, nights, and weekends), ensuring smooth communication and quick response to urgent needs. This is a remote, phone-based role

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from carers and clients overnight.
- Handle urgent shift changes, lateness, or absence notifications from carers.
- Inform clients promptly of any updates (e.g., delays, replacements).
- Log all calls, updates, and actions in the system for daytime staff review.
- Escalate any critical issues following company procedures.
- Maintain calm, professional communication with empathy and discretion.
- Stay available and responsive throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Based in Nigeria with access to reliable electricity and a stable internet connection.
- Previous customer service, call centre, or virtual support experience required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently overnight and handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Availability to work on rotating weekends or public holidays if needed.
- Must be comfortable with long overnight shifts.
