Our client, a reputable online pharmaceutical marketplace that provides customers with convenient access to medications and healthcare products. Seeks to hire an excellent Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, and online channels
- Follow up on incomplete orders and understand why a transaction was not complete
- Call customers to confirm they had a positive experience and offer help with future orders
- Assist customers in completing purchases and navigating the GoMed platform
- Escalate pharmacy-specific or clinical questions to a pharmacist when necessary
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism at all times
- Support customer retention efforts through follow-up calls and engagement
Requirements:
- BSc/Hnd in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or any other relevant field
2 years of experience - Empathy, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of medications, health products, or pharmacy operations
- Experience in customer-facing phone communication is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment - Proximity to yaba is required
- Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday–Friday)
